Most of the adoptive parents who also have biological children will tell you: "different way, same love". It seems unless you have lived it, people have difficulties to understand it as this very good post shows us.
Janet has 6 children: 4 in Canada, 2 waiting for her in Africa for just a few more days! Bon voyage!

We have two bio and two adopted. It really makes no difference to us. They are our children they just came into our lives in different ways. We love each and everyone of them. It just doesn't matter that they were adopted or are bio. Love doesn't care either.
I would imagine it would not make one bit of difference. The only people to claim that it would make a difference are those who have not had the blessing of having both bio and adopted. I do not have biological children but I cannot imagine loving my children any less because they were not born to me. Even typing this makes me cry.
You obviously already know how I feel about this point! ;)
